LexKiran ("Where Law Meets Insight") is an independent platform publishing analysis and commentary on judgments of the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, and other tribunals, along with original legal research papers written by our editorial team and contributors.

Who writes the content on LexKiran?

How are judgments selected for analysis?
We generally cover judgments that raise significant questions of constitutional law, statutory interpretation, or procedure, or that are otherwise of wide public interest. We do not accept payment in exchange for covering or omitting any particular case.
Can I submit a research paper or guest article?

Can I comment on an article?
